These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Infinite Skill website (infiniteskill.org) and our basketball training services, including group sessions, 1-on-1 training, semi-private training, clinics, and AAU programs. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services and bookings

• Training sessions, plans, and pricing are described on our website. Plans are subject to the session counts, validity periods, and conditions shown on the plan at the time of purchase.

• Bookings are confirmed through our website scheduling system. Please arrive on time; sessions begin and end at their scheduled times.

• We may reschedule or cancel a session due to facility availability, weather, or coach availability, and will notify affected clients as promptly as possible.

Payments

• Payments are made through our website using the payment methods shown at checkout.

• Recurring plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at purchase until canceled by the client through their account or by contacting us.

Text messaging program terms

Infinite Skill offers a text messaging program for clients who opt in:

• Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Infinite Skill at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include booking confirmations, schedule updates, session reminders, and promotional messages about training programs and offers.

• Opt-in: You may opt in by providing your phone number through our website, signup forms, or booking process and agreeing to receive messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you may use our services without subscribing to text messages.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your bookings and program participation.

• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

• Opt-out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages unless you opt in again.

• Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Privacy: Your mobile information and messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree not to misuse our website or services, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Assumption of risk

Basketball training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. By participating, you (and, for minor players, the enrolling parent or guardian) accept those risks and are responsible for ensuring the player is physically able to participate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Skill is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
